How long does delivery take once I place my order?
Our delivery process is designed to be clear and transparent. Once your order is placed, it first goes through a handling phase of 1 to 3 business days, where we confirm the order, carefully package your items, and prepare them for dispatch. After this, the order is handed over to our courier, typically Royal Mail or another trusted partner. From that point, the transit time is usually 3 to 8 business days, depending on the courier’s schedule and your location within the United Kingdom. This means the total delivery time generally falls between 4 to 11 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, allowing you to follow the journey of your parcel until it arrives at your doorstep.
Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?
At this time, our shipping services are limited to customers within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot process or deliver orders outside of the UK. This policy allows us to maintain reliable delivery times, avoid unexpected customs fees, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on every order placed through our website. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees at checkout. The price you see when completing your purchase is the final price you pay.

How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. This period allows you to try on your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can send the item back as long as it is in acceptable condition.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your returned item. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
